Breaking Ground on a New Facility in Easley, SC! 

The groundbreaking of a new 28,000-square-foot facility marks a key milestone in the company’s growth and development in Easley, South Carolina. Strategically located near the existing office, this facility is designed to address the company’s expanding needs across multiple divisions. 

 The new building will feature 74 workstations, including 42 offices and 32 cubicles, along with a conference room, a dedicated training room for field crews, break rooms, and a 12,500-square-foot manufacturing facility. This space will support the growth of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, and manufacturing operations. 

 During the event, Courtney Crane, Director of Employee Relations, highlighted the company’s focus on collaboration and mutual support:

This event is a powerful reminder of how ‘We Are a Team’ is not just a core value but a lived experience here at PSI. It is clear how deeply everyone is invested in the success of not just the company but each other.” 

 The event also acknowledged the leadership team, including Troy Place, Todd A. Guthrie, Robert Murphy, Phillip Dobbins, Corey Smith, Wil Fulbright, and Rick Teal, whose guidance has been instrumental in bringing this project to fruition.
